Virgin Green Fund welcomes proposals to partner with superior management teams and companies seeking growth capital in the renewable energy and resource efficiency sectors. In particular, we seek companies that at a minimum meet the following key investment criteria:
- Proven technology
- Established revenues and EBITDA breakeven achievable with our investment
- Double digit sector growth
- Market leader with differentiated value proposition
- Strong operating team with proven track record
- Opportunity to increase value including through strategy improvements, strengthening of management and corporate activity, including acquisitions
If you are seeking funding and believe your investment opportunity fits our criteria and strategy, please submit a business and investment summary through completion of the fields below.
We review all submissions, but due to the large number of proposals we receive, are only able to respond to those we believe have the strongest investment potential and fit with our focus.
Your summary should address the following as concisely as possible:
- Business purpose and strategy
- Technology and development roadmap
- Target customer and market
- Product value proposition and unit economics
- Competitors and competitive advantages
- Existing customers, contracts and key partners
- Management team overview
- Summary financial plan and sales pipeline
- Funding history and ownership structure
- Funding requirements and uses
